These stoppers are made of solid #304 FDA kitchen-grade stainless steel.

The o-rings are FDA grade nitrile and are 3 different sizes
allowing for a tight seal in various size bottles.
This is the same nitrile used to make
rubber gloves for working with acidic materials.

The o-rings fit tight into clean, precision-cut grooves in the stainless stoppers.

These stoppers complement your work rather than compete with it.

They are designed to sit low in the bottle out of sight.
Your work does not sit too tall in the bottle and this low
profile allows for a much larger variety of creative designs.

You can be confident telling your customers and gift recipients these stoppers can be used in their wine or vinegar bottles for any length of time because they will never corrode, chip or pit.

# 301

The most popular bottle stopper for woodworkers with a 1/2" high, 3/8" x 16 tpi threaded stud. They are machined in one piece so there's no worry about it coming loose. The top diameter of the stopper is 13/16". Use a 23/64" or 9mm or
O size drill bit for threading stopper into wood.

# 302

This is machined the same as # 301 except the stud is not threaded. The only difference is personal preference and turning procedure. Use a 3/8" drill bit for this style.

This style is used by woodcarvers, woodturners and potters.

This style has a flat top used with glass, stone, marble, etc. Glass adhesive that is highly recommended is Hxtal and/or Hang Your Glass hangyourglass.com. Also Loctite and E6000 which are available at Michael's. Being a woodturner, I can only pass along adhesive info my customers give me.

This style has a stainless steel 1 1/4" circle 1/8" thick. It is one piece for stability. Fused-glass artists can do a multitude of shapes with their glass on this model. # 305-B

This is the "Swiss Army Knife" of mandrels!

#2 Morse taper stopper mandrel, black oxide coated, with 3/8" x 16 tpi stud that has a "slit" in the threads making it a tap, thus eliminating the need to tap separately. The back end is threaded and accepts a 1/4" x 20 tpi drawbar.

We have two different diameter mandrels:
The original 7/8" diameter with the tapping slit in the threads and
The new 1 1/8" diameter with the tapping slit in the threads.
Both are machined identically as to thread size and #2 Morse taper. The new, larger mandrel is designed to seat snug in a jaw chuck (as in photo on left), eliminating the need to remove your chuck when turning several stoppers.

We offer the 7/8", #2 Morse taper mandrel without the tapping slit to be used with the Joyner pendant plate. This mandrel will ensure the threads on the pendant plate last longer.
